All payments for services are due based on agreed-upon terms in the signed Service Agreement. HRMDSP reserves the right to suspend services for late or unpaid invoices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRMDSP LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: your use or inability to use the Site, service interruptions or technical issues, third-party actions or data loss, total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to HRMDSP in the three months preceding the claim.
